    Finally I found the way to do it!

     Dim plotAreae As New FarPoint.Win.Chart.YPlotArea()
                plotAreae.Location = New PointF(0.1F, 0.1F)
                plotAreae.Size = New SizeF(0.7F, 0.8F)
                plotAreae.Series.Add(seriese)
                plotAreae.YAxes(0).MajorTickLength = 5.0F
                plotAreae.YAxes(0).MajorTickVisible = True
                plotAreae.YAxes(0).MinorTickLength = 1.0F
                plotAreae.YAxes(0).MinorTickVisible = True
                plotAreae.YAxes(0).MinorGridVisible = True
                plotAreae.XAxis.LocationCustomValue = 0.01
                plotAreae.XAxis.LabelTextFont = New System.Drawing.Font("Arial", 6)
                plotAreae.XAxis.LabelTextDirection = FarPoint.Win.Chart.TextDirection.Rotate90Degree
                plotAreae.YAxes(0).LabelTextFont = New System.Drawing.Font("Arial", 6, FontStyle.Italic)

    Hello,

    Yes, you are right, Spread v5.0.3505 that you are using, neither has LocationCustomValue property nor you can set AxisLocation.Origin as it does not exist. I would suggest you to update to the latest version of Spread v5 i.e. v5.0.3522 to resolve the issue that you are currently facing. You can download the build from the following link:

                                                                             ftp://ftp.fpoint.com/SpreadWinForms5/

    Hope it will help you. Please let me know if you have any queries further.

    Thanks,

    Manpreet Kaur.

    not really solved because the property AxisLocation.Origin is not available in my case. I can only set AxisLocation.Near or AxisLocation.Far !?

    I believe this is a dll version problem. Could it be, that the used version 5.0.3505.2008 does not support this issue?

    Hello,

    I believe your issue is to display the X-Axis at the origin, this issue of yours is answered at the another thread opened by you with the title "Highlight Axis line". In reply to this thread we have provided you with a sample that depicts how you could display X-Axis at origin and highlight this axis in a different color, which would help you resolve both the issues. You can refer to the following link to have a look at it:

    Hello,

    LocationCustomValue property gets or sets the custom location of the axis relative to the plot area wherein then you can set X Axis in the middle of chart between Negative and Positive Values accordingly.

    Thanks.
