Hi all,

I added the C1Editor from the toolbox, then added the C1.Web.UI.Design.4 to the references. When I try to run, I get the following error:

'Error 1 The type 'C1.Web.UI.C1ThemeableControl' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'C1.Web.UI.4, Version=4.0.20102.74, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9b75583953471eea'.

So I tried to modify the web.config to add the assembly as shown below:

            <add assembly="C1.Web.UI.4, Version=4.0.20102.74, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9b75583953471eea"/>
</assemblies>

    But I still get the error. What am I missing?

    Thanks,

    J

Hi J,

Please try adding a reference to the C1.Web.UI.4.dll and see if that helps. Also, I would suggest that remove the reference to the Design .dll, as well as remove the assembly entry from from the web.config file.

Thanks,

Thanks very much, that did the trick! One quick question, is this something that I can use to have a user setup a page to display on my site?
