    Salam Alykom.

Please check the this example http://jsfiddle.net/yzcefvLy/11/

If you export excel and expand (“Balance sheet”) Node. you can find only one node (“Assets”) under it, although at grid interface you can found 3 nodes (“Assets” , “liabilities” & “Owner’s equity”) under (“Balance sheet”) Node!!!

Could you please help me at this issue urgently.

    Thanks.

Note : if you collapsed (“Balance sheet”) then press export excel . the excel included all nodes normally. but the bug scenario happens only if you exported excel while grid nodes are all collapsed at level 0,

    Hi,

It seems that the data in the above fiddle is not formatted correctly.

You may confirm that the data is not lost during the export by expanding the nodes to tree level 2 in excel and you will see liabilities and owner’s equity. (Please refer to attached Image).

Here is the updated fiddle with much simpler data:-http://jsfiddle.net/sj18vu0h/

Please note that everything works as expected.

Please try to format data correctly and let us know if the issue persists.
