Hello,

In that case, you may try resolving the issue by repairing C1Studio. For this please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Select ‘Uninstall a program’, Right Click ComponentOne Studio.
3. Select Change → Select Repair.

Hope that helps.

No nothing change !

What can i do to have my 4.0.20171.248 works ?

Hi,

We are sorry to say but since the repair did not work, the only way left for you to resolve the issue is to update your application to use 2017v2 assemblies (and for that you need to upgrade your license).

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hi,

Can you offer me a good price for the conveniance?

For this you may contact our sales department at: https://www.grapecity.com/en/contact

Still got the error with the new version

We are sorry to say but we do not get any error at our end.

Just to confirm, you updated ComponentOne using C1Live (4.0.20172.271) or using the URL shared earlier (4.0.20172.274) ?

Also, could you please test the issue using the samples (‘C:\Users\GPCTAdmin\Documents\ComponentOne Samples\WinForms\C1Schedule\VB’) shipped along with the product and let us know if the error occurs with the C1 samples as well. It would be great if you could share your application or a stripped version of your application, so that we could reproduce the issue at our end and help you better.

Thanks,

Ruchir Agarwal

I understand that this is an old post, was there a resolution found to this issue? I’m having the same issue on one of my computers, but not the other and have tried all steps listed above utilizing ComponentOne Studio for WinForms (.NET 4.0) 4.0.20183.338 on Win 10 Pro.

Hello Chad,

Since we did not face the issue at our end so there was no resolution of this issue.

As no additional information given by gregory on the case.

Could you please let us know your environment details in which you are facing this issue and share a stripped-down sample that is creating this issue? You can use any of the product samples.

Regards,

Prabhat Sharma.
