C1Report Rendering Issue Red Cross

    from time to time has one of the client on the screen in preview component instead of rendered report a red cross, see attached screenshot. What can be a reason for such behaviour? System resources, not available network printer or other possibilities? It's not happening often and I can't replicate the issue.

    Hi Milo,
    i'm not from C1 Support but i had a similar issue long time ago.
    It seems your work is growing up, so maybe your app is at the moment a x86 app.
    I've solved compiling to x64 and then.. NO MORE problems!

    Thanks for providing the screenshot.

    There can be a number of reasons for this. There could be a memory leak in your application or in the control (both of which are very unlikely).
    Can you share with us some more details bout your application.
    What are the operations you are performing in C1Report?
    The scenarios in which the Red Cross appears.
    Is the application multi threaded?

    Can you perform a memory or GDI profile test of your application?

    The version of C1Winforms you are using.

    It would be very helpful if you could provide the sample application in which you are facing the issue.

    thanks for hints, we will perform the memory profile tests. Unfortunately I can't make the sample application to replicate the issue.
