  How is Flex Report Designer invoked? I have the WinForm license.

  There is no Windows menu item, and although the videos show the features of the product, it does not show how it is invoked.

  Hi Chuck,

  do you mean how to start the designer? If yes: “C:\Program Files (x86)\ComponentOne\Apps\v4.0\C1FlexReportDesigner.4.exe” (or use the 32 bit version if you need datasources that are only available in 32 bit environment).

  Or do you want to know how to integrate it in your own app?

  Hello Chuck,

  In addition to what Wolfgang mentioned, if you want the end users to be able to edit the designer application, you can use the DesignerApp sample from the below mentioned default location, to know how a designer can be used in an application:
  
  C:\Users\GPCTAdmin\Documents\ComponentOne Samples\WinForms\C1FlexReport\CS\DesignerApp
  
  
  
  Note that you should be licensed to use the same and should use the code in your Developed Software. You may distribute such derivative works, solely in object code format and exclusively in conjunction with and/or as a part of Your Developed Software. Refer the EULA for further details.
