    Hi!

We upgrade from an older c1truedbgrid Version to 4.0.20173.282.

Now we have a changed behaviour.

    The Grids dataview is: GroupBy

On UnboundColumnFetch the value for e.row is now the datarow index instead row index of the table in the past version. (Is this a failure?)

We used tbl.item(e.row,“Colname”) to get an value from a bound column. With this value we seek the value for the unbound column and set it to e.value.

    1. Is this changed behaviour ok?
    2. If Yes. How can i get values from the truedbgrid table, if i only have the datarow index?

    Best regards,

    Stefan

    Hi Stefan!

Yes, this is an issue with 4.0.20173.282 build of C1TrueDBGrid control. But, it has been fixed in the 4.0.20173.286 build. I would suggest you to upgrade to this latest build version, using C1Live.

    Hi Meenakshi!

I upgrade to 4.0.20173.286 but I have still problems with UnboundColumnFetch.

I create a little Testproject to show my problem.

In the unboundcolumn I write the value from column Field4. But after the second row the value repeated from the first and the second row…

What is the correct code? or is there still an issue?

    Best regards,

    Stefan

    Hi!

Thanks for the workaround. I tried it, and it works. But I have Problems e.q. with FetchRowStyle or GroupText, too.

So I have many code to review. I there a timeline for a solution?

    BR, Stefan
