  I tried a very basic form using active reports, and when I tried to run it I got the message below, looks like issue with license. Do I need to do anything to activate the 30 day trail license? Thanks for any feedback

  Hello Larry,

  You don’t need to activate the license explicitly. When you installed AR, then it automatically adds a trial key in your machine with a validity of 30 days.

  Error Exception occurred creating type
  
  This error occurs when your “Licenses.licx” file contains the following entry:
  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Design.Designer, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Design.Win, Version=13.1.16872.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc4967777c49a3ff
  
  And you don’t have any correspondence dll for the same. Could you please recheck after deleting the above entry in your project.
