  Hi All,

  I have activated Active Report 8 trial version to Pro License.

  But when I run and call the report module, it show the message (An Appropriate license has not been given to the program).

  In License Manager, License is Active.

  Any solution please ?

  Hello,

  Can you please make sure that you have the licenses.licx file present in your sample with correct entries. Also, you can try after deleting the bin/obj of your application.

  You can try with product sample and check if the issue also replicate with them?

  Please note that AR8 is legacy product now. It is of maintenance mode now. Hence, we don’t support it and no more bug fixing. I suggest you to migrate to our latest version i.e AR15 to get better feature and support.
