    Hi,

I have tablix inside a branded list. The branded list is grouped by 3 properties. If the data exceeds more than the page can contain then the excess data is shown in the next page.

The is issue is that the next tablix data is appearing along with the previous data in same page where as it should come in new page.

    Hello Ashna,

Could you please try after setting the “KeepTogether” property of Tablix Row/Column group to true. If the issue still reproducible, could you please share the report and DB so that we can replicate the issue at our end.

This will be very helpful for us.

    Thanks,

    Mohit

I can achieve it by setting PageBreakAtStart for the list details, but there is a blank page generated after each new page

    Hello Ashna,

Could you please try after setting the “PageBreakAtSart” of the third group in the BandedList. Also, it is helpful for me to narrow down the issue if you provide the report layout to me.

    Thanks,

    Mohit

As per the company policy I cannot share the file or db.

I will try every combination and let you know.

    Hi Mohit,

    Its not working that way

    Hello Ashna,

I am assuming you have a BandedList with three group expressions (G1>G2>G3)in your report. In this way, you have three group header and three group footer. After that, you put the Tablix in BandedList detail which is bind with some datafields. While previewing, you get the data of the next value of G3 group on the same page. You want that every value in the G3 group will render on the new page.

Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct or not. If not, could you please explain your report layout in detail.

    Thanks,

    Mohit

    Hi Mohit,

It is exactly what I wanted.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I have created a report with the exact layout. I have deleted the Banded Group Footer of all groups and set the “PageBreak At End” to true of the third group. Now, the new group data will render on new page always.

Note: Please change the connection string of the report.

    Thanks,

    Mohit
