I have a client with an HP Elitebook 850 G4, 3840x2160 resolution, 250% scale, running Windows 10 Pro.

When the Windows Viewer displays a report, it shows the white area (paper) correctly, but the text is large and extends past the white area and generally off the screen.

As a temporary solution, I changed the computer to a lower resolution, but there is a noticeable difference. I would like to change the computer back to the high resolution.

I tested the scaling and after updating to AR 16.1.3, it works fine on my Windows 11 machine.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Jeff,

I tested for this issue using both Section Reports and Page Reports and I was unable to replicate this behavior. The reports seems to be rendering the same in a Windows 10 Pro machine with 4k resolution when changing the display scaling from 250% to 100%.

I performed all the tests with ActiveReports v16.1.2.

Here’s the sample application that I used for testing with the screenshots for each test.

Please share a sample application replicating this behavior or edit the attached sample such that it replicates your issue so we can investigate further on this.

    Regards,

    Akshay

Using Section Reports and Page Reports, I tried to reproduce this problem, but I was unable to. When altering the display scaling from 250 percent to 100 percent, the reports appear to be rendered identically on a Windows 10 Pro computer with 4k resolution.

With ActiveReports v16.1.2, I ran all the tests.
