Any time we open a report in visual studio 2017 or 2019 either one, the report designer is extraordinarily slow to load.
We just upgraded from Active Reports 12 and it went from a second or two to a couple of minutes to open a report.
We are using the NuGet packages for the active reports references.
The forecolor and backcolor properties are not showing up unless you click
in the property textbox. If you click to change one of these properties though, you get the attached error.
As far as I’m aware, we have all of the correct references in the project.
Any help you can give to resolve these issues would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dennis
