  Using version 15.0.3. Steps to recreate:

  create a brand new report in solution.
  
  Drag a TextBox onto Canvas
  
  Try and Save solution.

  Error: Code generation for property ‘Padding’ failed. Error was: "PaddingExConverter is unable to convert GrapeCity.ActiveReports.PaddingEx to System.ComponentModel.Design.Serialization.InstanceDescriptor’.

  Please Disregard and close above issue - a reboot appears to have fixed the issue.

  I am adding this in case another developer finds this thread and has a similar problem.

  I also received this error when loading a large report RPX file into a new Section Report in Visual Studio 2019 via Report - Load Layout. Visual Studio would not let me save the report. I exited Visual Studio, opened the project back up, and the report loaded fine using Report - Load Layout.
