  Hello,
  
  When I add a new ActiveReports 15 Section Report (code based)
  
  There is no .resx file acompanying the file and designer. How do I go about attaching a .resx file to it? Thanks.

  Hi Daniel,
  As per my observation, The resource file is automatically generated and attached to the report file when a control is added to the new report. Let us know if you are not seeing this behavior.
