Unable to install ActiveReports 14

  We are having an issue trying to install ActiveReports 14. When we click on the msi file it pops up the following message saying that visual studio is open. We closed the program and even rebooted the computer and ran this installer immediately but we receive the same message. Hoping someone can help out with this

  Hello,

  Could you please check with the latest MSI version:
  
  http://cdn.grapecity.com/ActiveReports/AR14/Hotfixes/ActiveReports-v14.2.20842.msi

  Also, please share the log file by running the following command:
  
  msiexec /i “AR installer path” /L*V “Path of log file”
