  I’ve just updated our solution where several projects were using AR12 to AR13.
  
  First, I’m having issues with the license files. For every line referencing AR I am getting the "Unable to resolve type ‘Grapecity.ActiveReports’ etc for the component listed. References are updated in the project to AR 13. Here is an example of our licenses file:

  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Web.WebViewer, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Web
  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Viewer.Wpf.Viewer, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Viewer.Wpf
  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Design.Designer, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Design.Win
  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Export.Pdf.Section.PdfExport, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Export.Pdf
  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.SectionReport, GrapeCity.ActiveReports
  
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Viewer.Win.Viewer, GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Viewer.Win

  I get the “unable to resolve reference” error for every line in the licenses file.

  One of these lines got cut off above, here is the actual licenses.licx file which just throws errors about not being able to resolve the references.

  I think I just needed to update all of my projects to use .NET Framework 4.6.2 (it was at 4.5.2)
