Updating existing section report to 13.1.168 creates 2 localization properties

  After updating one of our reports, I noticed that localization did not work. Upon debugging it, we noticed that there are 2 properties called Localizable.
  
  e.g.
  
  Under Design Localizable is false
  
  Under Misc Localizable is true
  
  If I set both to true, then localization works.

  I noticed in other forums that this has been a bug. How do I fix it.

  Hello,

  I have checked with the latest version of AR13. I found only one Localization property. Could you please check with the latest version(Please uninstall the existing one and install the latest one).

  If the problem still exists, please share the report with us.
