  Hello,

  When I tried to run a report on ar server localhost, I get “No licensed agents available to proceed the request.” error. I checked my licence. Its status is active and I use the version 11.2.8102.0. Can you help me, why I get this error?

  Hi Duygu ,

  Thank you for sharing the version information. Could you please open Agents tab in the Administrator dashboard and make sure that agent is activated. Also, go to the Start menu and search for “Services”. The Windows Services manager should appear. Please check that the Active Reports Server Agent service is running.
