Preview Not Working = No licensed agents available to proceed the request

    I have a trial download. If I try to preview a report I get "No licensed agents available to proceed the request." Also, if I try to add any other data source, I get the same error, not sure if that was a restriction of the trial - but at a minimum, I would like to see a generated report.

    I'm trying to determine if this tool could be used to let relatively low-skilled users self-serve reports.
