  For one of our customer, we have customized AR2 reports definition(XML) stored in data store, we are doing an upgrade of tech stack, would like to know any version of AR is backward compatible?
  
  What I mean, the stored report definition will open in new Angular/HTML/JavaScript designer, as well as will it be used to generate the report?

  Inputs are helpful to make decision to upgrade.

  Hello,

  AR14 has a Web Designer that you can use in the Angular8. However, it does not support RPX format.
  
  I suggest to move to Page/RdL report for more features than the section report. If already have an import tool which can convert section report to Page/rdl report.
