ActiveReports v6.1.2577.0 has been successfully activated on Windows Server 2016 but a report is still generated with an evaluation message (see screenshot).

Please make sure there is a licenses.licx file under the My Project/Properties folder in your project and that it contains all the required entries for ActiveReports.
If the licenses.licx file does not exist, it is not hard to generate. Please refer the following documentation page for more information on licensing your application -
