    Dear team

We must generate reports in an application executed with the option ‘Override high DPI scaling behavior – System’ activated (see attachment). We are forced to execute our application with this flag because of the configured high scale in Windows. Our application is run on notebooks requiring a scale of 200%. Without this option our application would be too small on the screen.

When the report is generated, the QR Code appears too big in its control. I made many attempts to correct this problem by editing various properties such as Behaviour-Autosize, Code128-Dpi ModuleSize or BarWidth…but it doesn’t change the appearance of the QR Code. We use currently ‘ActiveReports6’, the version of the dll is 6.1.2814.0. In the report we use the element ‘BarCode’ with style ‘QRCode’.

Could you give me some advice how we could set the size of the QR Code inside of the control?

    Hi Nathanaël,

ActiveReports 6 is a legacy product and no longer in maintenance, we are no longer provide support for ActiveReports 6. It is suggest you upgrade to ActiveReports 16 as we were not able to replicate this issue on our system using ActiveReports 16. You may download the latest version of ActiveReports 16 using the following link and try it free for 30 days:

    https://cdn.grapecity.com/ActiveReports/ar16/ActiveReports-v16.2.0.msi

If for some reason you do not want to switch from ActiveReports 6 as a workaround, you can resize of the BarCode control based on your device’s dpi before loading it into the viewer.
