I just created a new Xamarin.Android app and included the FlexChart as mentioned in the quick start guide.
http://help.grapecity.com/componentone/NetHelp/Xamarin-android/webframe.html#chartQuickStart.html
But, it is just showing the empty screen with FlexChart text at center of the screen.
Expected out put is,

I just tested this both with our included samples and by creating a new single view Xamarin.Android project in VS 2017 and I didn’t see any issues. Make sure you’ve updated to the newest version of Visual Studio, Xamarin, and Android libraries.
