ComponentOneCleaner fails with error message

    Whenever I try to run the “ComponentOne Cleaner” to remove ComponentOne from my computer, I receive an error message that says “An item with the same key has already been added”

    Any idea what I can do?

    Hi,

    The ComponentOne Cleaner utility is very old and already out of maintenance. If you want to completely uninstall ComponentOne from your system, instead of using this utility, you can directly uninstall the ComponentOne from your system’s Control Panel.

    1. If you installed the ComponentOne from an offline installer (.msi), you will see its entry in the Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, from where you can directly uninstall it by double-clicking the entry.

    2. If you installed ComponentOne from the ComponentOne Control Panel (online installer), you will see a ComponentOneControlPanel entry in the Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, from where you can directly uninstall it by double-clicking the entry.
