  We recently upgraded to new Epson FX-890 Dot Matrix printers.

  Currently using Active Reports v2 for all our reports.

  Every time we print to our Laser printers everything looks/works perfectly.
  
  But as soon as we print to the dot matrix printers, there are some fields that are unreadable, even though the print preview shows up correctly.

  Also we have tried changing the drivers for the Epson printers, tried changing the fonts etc.

  If someone would please be able to shed some light on this situation.
