  I am having problems installing ComponentOne on my server, follow the windows version

  Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard - Service Pack 1

  Phases…

  1 - Welcome screen
  
  2 - Screen accept license terms
  
  3 - Screen Controls and Examples
  
  4 - Screen to begin installation

  While waiting to parse the installation, it gives an error when calling the MSI4640.tmp file, the message is, MSI4640.tmp has stopped working.

  Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

  I noticed that sometimes the file name changes, but always with the .tmp extension, after clicking OK, the installation stops.

  Has anyone had this?
