  I get this error running ComponentoneControlPanel v2020.2.1.11:
  
  Could not connect to https://prod-cdn.grapecity.com/c1installer/webinstaller/data/c1controlPanel.json.
  
  Something went wrong while reading Products list.
  
  Please check below.
  
  Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: . Path ‘’, line 0, position 0.
  
  If you are running behind a proxy, please change the following in the app.config file.
  
  ProxyUrl=“your_proxy_url”
  
  ProxyUser=“your_proxy_username”
  
  ProxyPassWrd=“your_proxy_password”

  How I can fix?

  Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
  
  Please download the updated ComponentOneControlPanel utility from the given link:
  
  https://prod-cdn.grapecity.com/c1installer/Installers/2020v2/ComponentOneControlPanel_20202.1.12.exe

  And try installing the controls through it.
