How to create a support ticket

    Hi

    https://supportone.componentone.com is down. Where / How can we log support tickets?

    I initially managed to log in and go to “New Case”, but none of the settings dropdowns were populated. Then the screen basically went blank and now I get a 404 error when visiting the portal.

    SupportOne was down for some time. However, it is working fine now.

    Please try creating a support ticket again and let us know if the issue persists.

    Still doesn’t work with either of the 2 PC:s running chrome I tried it with or my mobile phone (Galaxy Note 9)

    With the PC:s I tried with chrome and edge. With PC1, it didn’t work on either, but with PC2, it worked with edge (Or at least I got to the login screen).

    On android, I only tried it with chrome.

    Hello,

    As there seems to be no specific reason to cause the issue while SupportOne works fine at our end, I would request you to ping SupportOne and share the ping statistics from your machine. Go to Command Prompt and enter the command:

    ping supportone.componentone.com
    
    

    The issue might be caused due to slow network speed.

    Also, please clear the browser Cache and try logging in again. Let me know if it works.

    Clearing browser data (and going in incognito mode) didn’t fix the issue. Here’s the result of the ping:

    The issue is not resolved. To summarize where I get the error:

    • PC1: Chrome doesn’t work
    • PC1: Edge doesn’t work
    • PC2: Chrome doesn’t work
    • PC2: Edge works (I created the issue with this)
    • Phone: Chrome doesn’t work

    Hello,

    Please share the specific versions of the browsers with which you observe the issue.

    I am asking this because there is no error log registered in the server. So, it is difficult to reproduce the issue as yet.
