Install / Uninstall fails

    After removing a previous C1 installation, i'm trying to install C1 studios WPF edition from the C1 control panel. The packages are downloaded, but during unpacking i get the following error:

    When trying to clean my PC with the ComponentOneCleaner utility, i get this error:

    An item with the same key has already been added.

    What can I do to resolve this?

    Please again uninstall the ComponentOne using the latest CompoentOneControlPanel utility and install the latest version which is valid with your license using the same utility.

    Hello Prabhat,

    I tried installing / uninstalling as per the C1 documentation available online. Since no C1 product is currently installed, the uninstall from ControlPanel obviously isn't available. I already posted about the error I get from the C1CleanerUtility. Both applications (C1 ControlPanel and C1 CleanerUtility) are the latest versions downloaded from the C1 website.

    That is the reason I posted about this issue in the first place, because none of the solutions available online is working for me.

    I'm still waiting for a possible solution for my problem. Right now I cannot continue working, since I can't install the necessary components.

    Hi Gregor,

    From the log, it seems that the file may have been corrupted during download.
    I am not sure why. Does it happen even when you retry?
    You may use the offline version of the installer from
    to install the 2019v3 version of WPF on your machine.
