  HI all
  
  Please help!!
  
  We update Microsoft security patch for windows server 2016 and Windows 2008
  
  Windows server 2016: windows10.0-2016-kb5006669-x64-1607.msu
  
  Windows Server 2008: KB4601347 and KB5006749.
  
  the 3D graph color totally become black and it is hard to view the 3D Chart. Not sure why. that require your support and provide some suggestion. When we remove these MS security patches, the 3D graph back to normal with colorful chart.

  C1.Web.C1WebChart3D.4.dll the version is 4.0.20153.102

  We are sorry for the inconvenience because you are using quite an older product and the maintenance and support have been ended for this product.
  
  You may continue without an update of the MS patch or get the last version supported with the license. That might help you.
