    Hi,
Which encoding formats are supported by C1Report (product version 2.6.20111.54307)?
If there are any documentation which contains this information then please point me towards that.
We have noticed encoding 948 i.e. Chinese(Traditional, Taiwan) is not supported. Following exception is thrown when a pdf file generation is attempted -
System.NotSupportedException: No data is available for encoding 948.
We would like to have a list of supported and/or unsupported encoding formats.

    Hello,

As you are using a very old version of the control which is no more supported, I would suggest you to check your report with the latest version which can be downloaded from here.

If the issue still exists with the latest version, please share your report file with which you are getting the error. We would like to investigate this further.

    Regards,
    Prabhat

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, at this time we will not be able to test with the latest version. We understand that the version we are working with is not supported any more so you may not have that information I've asked for.
So let me ask a different question - will it be possible to let us know what are the supported and/or unsupported encoding format for the latest version?

    Hello,

Can you please provide us the stripped-down sample of your project replicating the issue as developers need to look at the problem.

    Regards,
    Prabhat Sharma.
