Cannot open file in the SpreadJS designer

    Hi teams,

    I have a problem with this file. I cannot open it in the SpreadJS designer.

    SmartAndCheckbox.zip

    The same issue when uploading in https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/designer/index.html

    Please help me to check this issue.

    Hello Khoa,

    We too can observe the issue on our end and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    In order to investigate this further, we need the following information:

    Have you created this file using GcExcel API? If not,please let us know because this issue is specific to SpreadJS and you have created the case under a different folder. It should be created under: https://www.grapecity.com/forums/spreadjs

    If you have created the file using GcExcel API, then please let us know the code you are using to create the Excel so that we can assist you further accordingly.

    Hi Prabhat,

    We’re checked again & found root cause.

    When create file in MS Excel and add SmartArt (like a picture inside). This file cannot open in SpreadJS designer.

    We also cannot found SmartArt in the top menu of website https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/designer/index.html

    Did you support SmartArt in SpreadJS?
