    Hi,

Using Documents 4.0.3 to convert excel template to json and opening it in SpreadJS 14.0.6. The row groupings should be collapsed but they are expanded in SpreadJS. And also if you open excel file (saved from Documents) in SpreadJS the collapsed groupings are expanded. So might be also SpreadJS issue. Opening excel file in Excel shows that groupings are collapsed. Attached excel file and json file.

    Hi Petri,

We do see some issues with the attached files. Although when we create excel using GcExcel API we do not face the issue, please see the attached sample implementing the same.
To further investigate this, please share the stripped-down sample that you are using to create the Excel file.

    Regards,
    Prabhat Sharma.

    Hi,

Original file (attached) is just opened in Documents and filled with data. You can see the same issue with attached file.

    Hello Petri,

We have created a stripped-down sample to fill the data in your attached excel file but did not face the issue at our end when opening with SpreadJS.
If you are doing anything else then, please modify the attached sample replicating the issue so that we can escalate it further.

    Regards,
    Prabhat Sharma.

    Hi,

I created a test sample with GC Excel and SpreadJS. Why the groupings that are collapsed show "-" sign?
