  I am working on a migration project. In the previous application AR2 version was used and in new one AR13 is being used.
  
  After Export to excel in both the version cell spacing is completely different although their are no external property is being used to set the cell spacing what i can do to get the exact result for empty cells as AR2.

  Hello,

  Could you try after setting the “CellMerging” property of ExcelExport to true?
  
  If your issue is not solved, then could you please share a sample report with db and image which show the difference of both excel file.

  I have also tried removeVerticalSpaces property but that is again giving me diffreent results. Please find the below image for that too.

  Please tell me what i need to do to get the exact result as AR2, as i have a generic code for many reports and i need a generic solution for that.

  Hello,

  It depends on the report. Spacing depends on the controls placed on the report. Do you have placed the control at the same location in AR13 as in AR2? If possible, could you please share the AR2 and AR13 reports with sample db so that I can look into the issue.

  Also, you can share the rdf file with me.

  yes, for both env. i am using the same report. So placing of controls can’t be different in both AR2 and AR13.
  
  i need to ask for permission so that i can share you the rpx files, will get back to you on that but what else i can do for that?

  Could you please share the following information also:
  
  1: Exact version of AR13 and AR2
  
  2: Exported Xls file of both version
