    Hi

I want to connecting to SSAS Cube using Component One OLAP Control Silverlight 5.

From what I can see in the documentation and in the examples there is no default connector to an OLAP engine? Like SQL Server Analysis Services. Will this be a feature in the full version? Either way, could the ComponentOne team provide some examples of connecting to analysis services?

    Hello Abhijit,

Currently we do not have any update on when this support will be added in C1Olap.

However, we have ActiveAnalysis which performs similar functions to OLAP and already supports cubes. Please refer to the following link for more details on the product :
    http://www.componentone.com/SuperProducts/ActiveAnalysis/

    Thanks,
    Richa

Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Analysis Services (SSAS) delivers online analytical processing (OLAP) and data mining functionality for business intelligence applications. Analysis Services supports OLAP by letting us design, create, and manage multidimensional structures that contain data aggregated from other data sources, such as relational databases. For data mining applications, Analysis Services lets we design, create, and visualize data mining models that are constructed from other data sources by using a wide variety of industry-standard data mining algorithms.
