  Hello,

  I am using licence version of componentone . I am facing issue with olap control with silverlight. when i run page then it show “Please download silverlight.” with link. I have update many times but still it showing same.

  Can you please let em know what exact issue with olap and silverlight control.

  Hi,

  In order to respond effectively, I would need the following information:

  1. Is the prompt message appearing for all applications. Could you please try running the sample applications shipped along with product (…\Documents\ComponentOne Samples\Silverlight\C1.Silverlight.Olap).
  2. Is the prompt message appearing for other ComponentOne controls too. Could you test this using any of the sample applications (…\Documents\ComponentOne Samples\Silverlight)
  3. Which browser are you using? And is the message appearing with other browsers too?
