First of all we apologies for the inconvenience. This is an already reported bug which has already been fixed in a hotfix build.
You can get the setup fixing this issue from either of these links:-

https://cdn.grapecity.com/SpreadNET/installer/12.0.20181.3/offlineDownload_Full.zipTo install Spread.NET 12 on your computer, please follow these steps (PS: YOU HAVE TO DO OFFLINE INSTALLATION FOR THE FIX)-
- Unzip the above files to the following path (replace “[YOU]” with your Windows user login):
C:\Users[YOU]\AppData\Local\GcInstaller\Offline - Run Spread.NET Installer.exe,
- Select “Options” (bottom left) to open the Options dialog,
- Select the “Mode” tab and change Install Mode to “Offline” then close the Options dialog.
- Select the Spread.NET 12 components and/or documentation to install, then click “Install.”
Please note you must also read and accept the End User License Agreement terms and conditions to proceed with installing (check box above “Exit” button).

Hi Reeva,
I attempted the offline installation above several times. I even tried to install it to a different directory. It ran to completion but installed nothing.
Any ideas? -

Fixed by full uninstall then reinstall
