Need information on the old ticket which was placed in SupportOne.

    Hi,

    Previously, we posted a query on SupportOne and below is posted ticket link.

    We are not able to access the link any more. So please help us on how to access this and look into the conversation.

    Hi Krishna,

    You can still open your old cases in read-only mode.
    If you need to create a new case, you can post it on the new Support page:
    https://www.grapecity.com/my-account/my-support​​​​​​​
