Just upgraded to Spread 16 and tested an existing application and everything looks fine.

If I add a new Spread 16 to an existing form, the app runs fine.

When I delete the newly added Spread 16 grid I get the error message below.

The Visual Studio 2022 project has been cleaned and rebuilt several times.

Closing and re-opening Visual Studio is no help.

Is there a known solution for this?

    Thanks.

    Hi Paul,

Unfortunately, we could not replicate this issue on our end. We request you provide us with the following information so that we can analyze the issue better:

    1. Please specify the version of the Spread control that you were using earlier.
    2. Could you please provide more details about the error that is occurring on your end as it is difficult to understand the issue from the snapshot that you have provided?
    3. If possible, please send a gif/video that replicates the issue on your end.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Aastha

The version of Spread that we replaced was: 12.45.20191.0

See the image below for my testing and results:

    Further Information About the Error

The errors are NOT displayed if, after adding the Spread to the form, I reposition the Spread, in which case, it asks if I want to rename the sheet.

No matter what I option I choose, I can then delete the Spread without error.

    Hi Paul,

We tried replicating the issue on our end but did not come across any kind of error. Please see the gif in the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y1p91ges0h7ml2c/SpreadVersionUpdate.gif?dl=0

We are unable to rectify the cause of the error occurring at your end from the error snapshots provided. Could you please share your application(or stripped-down version of your application) so that we can replicate this issue on end?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Aastha
