Still getting notifications after uninstalling trial version

I completely uninstalled Spread.NET v14 trial from my machine but I still get the trial license notification when trying to launch my app from Visual Studio, including errors about v12 not being found. I reactivated v12 licenses and it still gives the error. v14 license manager shows the Spread.net trial license on it but the ActiveReports license is gone since I also uninstalled that. Why is Spread.net still causing issues after being uninstalled?

I meant to say that license manager still shows ActiveReports v15 and there’s no way to uninstall that, I uninstalled what I could from Apps & Features in Windows.

    Hi,

If an entry is still appearing in License Manager after uninstalling, then you can check the following location C:\ProgramData\GrapeCity

There should be folders for each entry (with a Guid name). You can check the ‘.info’ file in these folders to confirm the entry. You can then remove any unnecessary entry.

For the Spread NAG screen and assembly errors, please make sure that your licenses.licx file is not using any version specific entries and the specified assemblies are referenced in your project.

Let us know if you still face any issues.

    Regards,

    Jitender
