Timer error when creating fpspread component

    I have a library where I use fpspread to load some data.

    On then line

    m_fpspread = new FpSpread

    this exception is thrown:

    The value 0 for interval is invalid. Interval must be greater than 0

    Stacktrace:

    at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.set_Interval(Int32 value)

    at FarPoint.Win.Spread.FpSpread…ctor()

    at s3_OfficeOutput.cOrder.LoadOfficeDocument(String Filename, String DocumentID, String Username) ← my component

    Is a timer used when creating a spread component?

    I have no clue why this exception is thrown.

    The same code works fine on a different machine.

    Using version 11.45.20183.0

    Hello Thomas,

    I have not come across this exception, specially the stack trace with Timer so, this is strange.

    1. Is this exception occurring in a new application, with only FpSpread?

    2. >The same code works fine on a different machine.

      Are you having the same Spread.Net version installed on the other machine?

    3. Spread v11 is now no more in development and hence, its support is not available. So, you are suggested to install the latest Spread version on the machine you are facing the exception and see, if you still get the exception?

    Regards,
