    Good morning/afternoon

I'm reaching you out as I have a requirement to enable the filling functionality via keyboard shortcut as per standard spreadsheet behaviour:

Ctrl+R in Excel and other spreadsheet programs
In Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs, pressing Ctrl+R fills the row cell to the right with the contents of the selected cell. To fill more than one cell, select the source cell and press Ctrl+Shift+Right arrow to select multiple cells. Then press Ctrl+R to fill them with the contents of the original cell.

I'm currently using the commandManager() to register shortcuts but I'm not sure how to proceed with these kind of commands where there is a selection change involved.

Do you have any suggestion for this specific implementation?

Looking forward to hearing from you
