Hi! We are using the SpreadJS Designer in our application and we would like to know if it is possible to override the behaviour of the equal sign, so users can link cells between spreadsheets (we have multiple spreadsheet instances in a page), similar to the way people link between sheets in the same file.

    Thanks!

    Regards.

    Hi,

If I understand correctly you want to link the formula ranges among the multiple spread instances. We are sorry but This feature is currently not supported. If you would like I could make an enhancement request on your behalf. Please revert back if you want me to do the same.

Yes, that’s the idea. I’d appreciate if you make an enhancement request.

In the meantime, is there a way we could customise the equal sign functionality in a cell to have a custom behavior?

    Thanks.

    Regards.

I have made an enhancement request on your behalf and also asked for the possible workarounds. We will update once we have any information about this issue. The internal ID for this issue will be SJS-7213.
