  Hi

  We’re using spreadJS with react component. Recently I’ve updated version to 14.1.0 and wanted to enable features such as a new pivot table. I have a problem with it though.

  Pivot Table button does not appear in the designer ribbon (like it does in your designer demo).

  Only thing mentioned in the docs ( https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/demos/features/pivot-table/overview/react ) is to include pivot addon js files.
  
  We have spread-sheets-pivot-addon (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@grapecity/spread-sheets-pivot-addon) included in the project, and it is imported in the file where the designer is used.

  While investigating what might be the cause, when I disabled the license for my local build I only noticed this message:
  
  

  My question here is:

  • How can I enable the pivot addon?

  Hi Mateusz,

  For enabling pivot addon you need to have a valid license key. Could you please provide the domain names so that we could generate an evaluation license key for you?

  Hi

  I parked this topic for a while but now I went back to it.

  Current status is as follows:

  1. We’ve confirmed that the license key we are using should support pivot-addon.
  2. Spread js libraries has been updated to 14.1.5
  3. ‘@grapecity/spread-sheets-pivot-addon’ is imported in a place where component is being used.

  Still, I’m getting the information that the pivot addon is not enabled (even though pivotTable button is now visible in the Designer ribbon - see attached screenshot)

  So my question still stands: What are the steps I need to do to enable the pivot addon?

  We have created a support case with ID CAS-24463-Q7X6T9. Please provide the license key on that case so that we could verify the license key and assist you accordingly.

  Hi.

  I have the same problem with the Pivot Table Add-on not being enabled
  
  
  
  As I’m using react and imported the add-on and the shapes as well.

  I’m using SpreadJS version 15.0.3
