Shift/CTRL+Spacebar is losing cell focus

  Steps:

  • Set focus on say B5
  • Press Shift+Spacebar

  Expected:

  • The entire 5th row is highlighted
  • The focus is still on cell B5
  • Typing would put the data in cell B5
  • Pressing tab and shift tab will move the focus right and left

  Actual:

  • Focus is not visible at all
  • Data typed goes into A1
  • Pressing tab/shift tab appears to do nothing

  Notes:

  • The only different between rows and columns is that if the column is highlighted, pressing Tab will eventually move the focus to the correct column and then move up and down the column as expected.
