Unable to remove bold, Italics etc. using keyboard shortcuts

  Steps:
  
  On a blank sheet
  
  Press CTRL+A (entire sheet is now selected)
  
  Press CTRL+B (Bold is now set for every cell)
  
  Press CTRL+B again

  Expected:
  
  Bold option is removed for all cells

  Actual:
  
  Nothing happens. Bold is still enabled.
