  Hi,

  I have had to get my project again from Dev Ops because my local copy was deleted. The project loads fine but when I try and run my project I get the following error: -

  licenses.licx: Could not transform licenses file into a binary resource. Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.

  Sorted, the Bin folder was not in Dev Ops. Luckily I had a copy in another folder.

  Thank you for letting us know that your issue has been resolved by copying the Bin folder.
  
  If we are correct, you have a website type of project for WebForm which requires adding the third-party DLLs explicitly if they are missing from the bin folder.
