    Hi,

Is it possible to do the following and if so how do I do it. I have an C1Editor control and I want to do the following:-

    1. Line 1
    2. Line 2
    Header
    3. Line 3
    4. Line 4
    Header
    5. Line 5

    Many Thanks,

    Roger

    Hi Roger,

The C1Editor control uses HTML to format the text. So, you can use the regular HTML tags like <ol>, etc to format your data. Please refer to the sample attached. In this sample, there is a text file in the App_Data folder that contains the HTML snippet to format the text according to the requirement.

    Regards,
    Ashwin

Thank you for the reply but I can't expect my customers to know HTML tags. They currently use the numbering button on the C1Editor Control.

    Hi Roger,

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought that you wanted to format the text using code.
For this, you can use the numbered list to add numbering to the lines and for adding a header in the next line, you can use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Enter, to move to the next line without adding a new number point.

    ~regards
