    Hi,

We currently have AngularJS directives in a CellEdit template. Do you have examples on how to convert the directive to a component directive in AngularJS?

There used to be a blog that explains the different ways on working with custom cell templates. And that’s where I found the example on using directives. We have since updated AngularJS to the latest version and wanting to convert the directive to a component that it will make it easier for us to migrate to Angular.

    Here’s what we currently have:

is currently an AngularJS directive. I tried converting it to a component and removing $scope but don’t know how to get at the binding value without $scope.

    Thanks,

    Johnny

    Hi Johnny,

    Sorry for the late response.

We were unable to understand your issue properly. But, we have created a sample that uses the angularjs component inside a FlexGrid’s cell template. Let us know if this works for you.

    Regards,

    Ashwin

    Hi Ashwin,

The sample was exactly what I was looking for. Just wanted to make sure I’m on the right track when converting our directives to components.

    Thanks,

    Johnny
