  Good night,
  
  We were using version 5.20212.812 (100% working). The new version 5.20213.824 came out, and in the tests the message appears (wijmo_mensagem_vue.png). The screenshot (wijmo_distribution_licenses.png) has the Distribution licenses, (wijmo_developer_licenses.png) has the Developer Licenses and (wijmo_download.png) has the Download Developer Licenses.
  
  What happens is that I am not able to generate the “Wijmo Enterprise - Distribution License (2021v3)”.
  
  How do we proceed?

  Hello,

  Sorry, but your license subscription has been ended. You were only eligible to get the subscription till 2021V2. If you wish to use the 2021V3 build then you would be required to renew your subscription.

  I was checking it out, and the purchase says “Perpetual license with a one-year subscription”! Should I be entitled to all versions but only 1 year of support?

  Hello,

  We apologize for the delayed response, after the purchase of the license you will get the next 3 release updates. As your subscription was valid till 2021v2 you would be required to renew your subscription to use the 2021v3 license in your application. If you already have a serial key for 2021v3 then you should first register your key to the portal to generate your distribution key, please refer to the sample link below:

  Sorry to hijack @nelson.agular 's thread, but could you clarify something for me.

  If I buy a subscription for version X, can I still create distribution keys for applications that use only version X after the subscription has expired?

  But if new version Y has some features I want, I need a new subscription, and then I start generating distribution keys with version Y ?

  And so on for Z etc. etc.?

  Hello,

  Yes, you can create distribution keys for version X even after the subscription gets ended for our wijmo product.

  Yes, you would be required to take a subscription for the version after which the new control has been introduced. If you have any further queries or doubts then let us know.
